Tech Support Policy
Drama Education Network does not offer person-to-person tech support. We do offer a hands-on staff development workshop in the nuts-and-bolts of using the The Drama Game File CD-ROM on Mac and/or PC computers.
As a customer service courtesy, this page contains solutions to all known technical issues or problems using the CD-ROM that are not included in the installation and setup instructions provided on the program.
Please email us any issues not included below including broken or misdirected links and we will post solutions.

Posted below are solutions to known issues for the different editions of The Drama Game File CD-ROM. Included are helpful tips, alternate pathways, and work-around solutions. All solutions assume that the user has already followed all of the setup and installation instructions included on the program.

People to consider asking for help include a computer lab specialist, technology advisor, or computer savvy colleague.
