National Arts Standards
The Kennedy Center details the national arts standards that were created in 1994 and provided the basis for most state adopted arts standards to follow.

California State Arts Framework
The California Department of Education website offers free downloads of the standards for each of the four arts or the entire arts framework.

The federal government arts organization offers funding, grants, and publications.

State advocacy organization working to pass legislation favorable to arts education.
