Ordering
Online
All online credit card orders use secure SSL processing. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after completing your order. Once your credit card and billing information is confirmed, your order will be shipped. Please contact us if you have any problem processing an online order and we will help you complete the order. Or, you can choose to order offline with the downloadable order form.
Mail, Phone, or Fax
Pay by credit card, check, money order, or purchase order (schools and organizations only--no individuals). Use the downloadable order form or call us directly. For school purchase orders, we ship products with an invoice to be paid within thirty days. All other orders must be accompanied by payment in full. Once your order is received and payment has been verified, then your order will be shipped. Checks returned for insufficient funds or other reason are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Unpaid purchase orders may be subject to late fees beyond thirty days from the date the order was received.
International
Pay by credit card or money order in US dollars only. No checks or cash orders accepted. For volume licensing packages and larger orders, we can arrange for wire transfer payment. Shipping charges vary (see below). We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill an international order if it proves too complicated or labor intensive.

Shipping and Delivery
Domestic USA
Our current preferred shipping method is ground (USPS, FedEx or UPS). We will determine which carrier to use to best complete your order. To make express or shipping arrangements other than the standard ground option, contact us and we will work with you, making any shipping cost adjustments as needed.
International
We do ship internationally. Our preferred method of international shipping is United States Postal Service which provides the safest and most economical option. International shipping costs vary by country, size, and weight. Our online ordering system does not calculate international shipping costs during checkout, so be sure to provide a working email address. We will email you the difference in shipping costs for your order and, once you approve, we will ship your order. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed by the receiving country. We are not responsible for items seized by customs or any government agency.
Delivery Time
For domestic USA orders, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive. For international orders, delivery time can be anywhere from one week to six weeks.
Please be aware that delivery time can be affected by customs inspections.
